Court of Appeal in Bahr el Ghazal undermanned |

The President of the Court of Appeal of Greater Bahr el Ghazal Circuit, Justice John Clement Kuch, said judges in the region are lacking facilities and there is inadequacy of staff.
Speaking to Miraya FM after completing his visit to the Greater Bahr el Ghazal region, Justice Kuch explained that there is lack of court rooms, accommodation for the judges, in addition to insufficiency of operational budget.
