No casualties reported during students protests in Juba, senior police officer |

A senior police officer in Juba told Miraya FM that no casualties were reported during Tuesday's protest of primary and secondary school students in Juba.
Chief of the Police Department in Juba Briji Justin, said that three vehicles belonging to the Government of Southern Sudan have been damaged during the protest.
The students went on protest on Tuesday due to delay in the payment of their teachers' salaries for three months.
Speaking to Miraya FM Mr. Briji Justin said "only one person" was wounded and is admitted to Juba teaching hospital for medical assistance.
Police forces opened fire at students in Juba after the crowds went on rampage protesting the lack of payment of their teachers' salaries.
