UNMIS calls for women protection |

The United Nations Mission in Sudan (UNMIS) has called for the continuous protection of women against gender based violence, which includes rape.
Speaking to Miraya FM, during a workshop to mark the 8th Anniversary of UN Security Council Resolution on Women, Peace and Security, the UNMIS Gender Affairs Officer, Margret Joshua, said that it is important to include women in decision making structures.
