Spokesman of Foreign ministry Ali al-Sadig confirmed that the five Chinese oil workers kidnapped earlier have been killed by the Justice and Equality Movement .
Al-Sadig explained in a press release that JEM wounded two and escaped with the other two, adding that JEM might be carrying out their previous threat of attacking Chinese oil companies in the production areas.
News reports said yesterday that the Army is surrounding the area where the kidnappers are kept by their abductors.
Meanwhile, The Justice and Equality movement has denied accusations of abducting or killing the workers.
The officer for external affairs in the movement Dr. Haroon Abdul-Hameed, assured that they do not use kidnapping as one of the movements tools to achieve their aims .
