GoSS to hold lecture on referendum |

The Government of Southern Sudan will later today in Juba hold a lecture on the forth-coming referendum to prepare the public for the referendum.
Participants will include legislators, politicians, and representatives from non-governmental agencies and the United Nations.
The Vice President of the government of southern Sudan, Dr. Riek Marchar is expected to run the lecture, which will be attended , among others,Mr Abel Alier, Retried Generals Joseph Lagu, and Gismalla Abdalla Rasaas, all former presidents of the High Executive Council of South Sudan.
