Sudan denies Cholera outbreak in Aweil |

The World Health organization and Ministry of health in the government of Southern Sudan have denied there is currently a cholera outbreak in Kuajok in east Aweil.
The director of epidemics, Dr Pinyi Nyimol, said about twenty seven cases of cholera were reported two weeks ago in Aweil town. He said no further cases were reported since then.
The medical officer at WHO in Juba, Dr Lomuru, said no reports have been received recently of further cholera cases in the area.
