SPLM of the Blue Nile state accused the National congress party of disabling various development projects in the state.
The SPLM secretary in the Blue Nile state, Abu Bakr Abdel Basset, said that developmental projects have been stalled in the state in recent times, directly blaming the National Congress Party for disrupting the delivery of funds to areas of Blue Nile.
