The Minister for the Presidential affairs Dr Luka Biong told Miraya FM that the council of ministers in the government of southern Sudan has endorsed the anti-corruption proposed acts after some amendments and the council will send the acts to the southern Sudan legislative assembly next week .
Dr Biyong also stated to Miraya FM that the international arbitration court on the dispute of the two parties in Abiyee will appoint on the 27th of this month a fifth judge to the court.
Biong said the SPLM and the national congress failed to select a fifth arbitrator to the court which comprises of five persons nominated by the court, but added that consultations continue to agree on the fifth nominee.
