US orders release of 17 Chinese inmates in Guantanamo |

A US federal Judge has ordered the release of 17 Chinese inmates in Guantanamo bay.
The inmates are from the Chinese Muslim minority of Igor held in Guantanamo bay without facing any charges.
The inmates went to Afghanistan seeking refuge from China before the US invaded the Country; they were arrested at the Afghani-Pakistani border accused of involving in the fight helping the Taliban insurgence.
Observers believe that the Bush Administration is recently putting a lot of efforts to block the judicial rule.
