The Sudan People's Liberation Movement has called for the formation of the National Elections Commission as demanded by the Comprehensive Peace Agreement.

Deputy Secretary of the SPLM Northern Sector Yasir Arman said in a press conference that the delay violates the elections bill and will affect the electoral process.
