Salva Kiir issues decree forming national secretariat for South and North sectors |

The Chairman of the SPLM/SPLA Lt.General Salva Kiir Mayardit has issued a decree to form the national secretariat of the SPLM for the South and North Sudan sectors.
According to the statement issued by the party in Juba, a copy of which Miraya FM received, the move aimed to complete building various party structures.
Officials in the party said this development could create new spirit within the party, months after the Chairman of the party dissolved the party's secretariats after he was re-elected Chairman of the party in the second National SPLM Convention in Juba last may.
