Sudan's permanent envoy to the United Nations, Abdul Mahmoud Abdul Haleem, welcomed the French proposal to freeze the proceedings of the International Criminal Court against President Al Bashir.
Abdul Haleem however refused in a statement to Miraya FM the proposal that State Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Ahmed Haroun should suspend his political activities.
The Ambassador announced a visit by a Sudanese delegation to France in the near future.
