ICC unlikely to charge Khalil Ibrahim , JEM says |

The Justice and Equality Movement (JEM) said it is unlikely that that International Criminal Court Prosecutor General would make charges of war crimes in Darfur against the movement's leader Khalil Ibrahim.
JEM Advisor Jibril Ibrahim told Miraya FM that the movement would fully cooperate with the ICC if it requests for JEM leader to appear in the Hague Court.
Earlier, the International Criminal Court Prosecutor General Luis Moreno-Ocampo said in press statements that he will soon declare the names of some armed movement leaders who are suspected of involvement in war crimes in Darfur during the last period.
On the other hand, the Sudanese government has welcomed Chad's ratification of the Non-Aggression and Common Defense charter issued by the the African Union in Abuja in the year 2005.
Ali Youssef, Sudan's Ambassador in Addis Ababa, African Union's headquarters, welcomed the Chadian step and described it as a positive development in improving relations between the two countries.
On the other hand,Director of Protocol at the Foreign Ministry, Ali Yussef said that security organs detected the return of the foreign tourists' kidnappers back into the Sudanese borders.
But he added that the group is now heading to Sharq Al Oweinat area towards the Egyptian border, and said that the 19 hostages are well.
