In Geneva, the UN Human Rights Council will discuss today the report of the Council's Special Envoy to Sudan Sima Samar on the conditions of human rights in the country.

The Acting Director of Human Rights Administration in the Ministry of Foreign Affaires, Hamza Omar Hassan, said in a press statement that Sudan has prepared a reply to the report of the Rapporteur on Human Rights situation in Sudan.
