The American Embassy denied the statement of the Under-Secretary of the Ministry of International Development, Mr. El Fatih Ali Saddiq, to some newspapers that the US Agency for International Aid (USAID) will resume its work in Sudan.

The Public Relations officer in the American Embassy, Joel Librey, told Miraya FM that the agency's work in humanitarian field in Sudan did not stop. Stating that the USAID in Sudan is not connected to the US sanction on Sudan.
