The Governor of Western Bahr el-Ghazal State, Lt. General Mark Nyipuoch Ubong told Miraya FM that the case of former officials of the State who are accused of trying to overthrow the State Government by force is now in front of the Ministry of Legal Affairs of the Government of Southern Sudan which will study the case and decide on it.
The government earlier arrested eight of top ministers and previous officials and accused them of an attempt to oust the State government by force.
