Police arrests 29 students in Wau |

Police have arrested 29 students for taking part in violence that led to the destruction of property in a second day of student protest in Wau Town.
A group of students opposed to huge cuts in teachers' salaries entered the premises of the State Ministry of Education this morning leaving a number of computers, two motor bikes and one vehicle belonging to the women development group in destruction.
Authorities from the ministry of education and the commissioner of Wau County said that the students were from Al-Salam Secondary School in Wau.
Our correspondent in wau says that the arrested students are being interrogated at the criminal investigation department in wau.
Wau County Commissioner, lieutenant colonel mbrende has further warned the politicians not to involve themselves in the issue of teachers and students to advance their political agenda.
