Talks start to settle Mangala county's dispute |

Talks aimed to settle ownership dispute over Mangala County in Central Equatoria State have begun in Mangala, some 30 kilometers north of Juba town.
According to an official in Juba County, the talks which started in the morning are progressing well.
The Governor of Central Equatoria State, Clement Wani Konga, and the Commissioner of Juba County are among the officials attending the talks.
There are claims and counter claims by the Bari and Mundari clans of Central Equatoria State over ownership of the County.
