The rebels of the People’s Army for the Restoration of Democracy in the Central African Republic announced that they will pull out from the peace process and political dialogue because some of its points contradict with amnesty laws that will be discussed in the parliament today.  
 
With this, the People’s Army has so far withdrawn from two agreements signed with the government and another two movements in May and July.
 
The rebels in the CAR accuse the government of taking advantage of their trust to make the general pardon includes events not known for the public and have not been brought to the general attorney.
