Civilians' disarmament is going on well in Lakes State.

The Deputy Governor of Lakes State Awan Guol Riak ,said the civilians' disarmament in the State is progressing well except some areas where there are no forces to maintain law and order.

Awan told Miraya that there is information that some groups of armed people ran away from their State, which may cause a problem.

The Governor further said that there are now new forces that are going to carry out the disarmament of the civilians.
