Anti-Corruption Commission recieves about 1462 complains |

The Southern Sudan Anti-Corruption Commission revealed that it has received over 1462 complains of corruption during the period between January June this year.
Speaking to Miraya FM the Chairperson of the commission Pauline Riak that some cases have been investigated and referred to the ministry of legal affairs in the government of Southern Sudan.
Ms Paulin added that the absence of anti-corruption Law affects the commission's performance; she urged the legislative authority to pass the anti-corruption bill.
However, Ms Paulin said that the commission has no clue about the investigations of General Aboto Mamur and the former public attorney in charges of corruption.
She said that the commission had only investigated in the case of the former minister of finance Arthur Akwin.
