A joint delegation from the National Congress Party NCP and the Sudan People's Liberation Movement SPLM, includes Al-Dirdiri Mohammed Ahmed and Luka Biong, have submitted on Saturday the Arbitration Tribunal Agreement on Abyei to the Permanent Court for Arbitration in the Hague.
Sudan Ambassador to Netherland, Abul-Gasim Abdul-Wahid, said that Al-Dirdiri Mohammed Ahmed represents the NCP while the SPLM has assigned an international legal firm to defend its stance.
The court will look into the report of the Abyei Border Committee and decide whether the experts have worked beyond their mandate or not.
