The Assessment and Evaluation Commission (AEC) established to monitor the implementation of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA) has held its third plenary committee meeting in Juba.  Representatives from the Sudan Peoples Liberation Movement (SPLM), the National Congress Party (NCP), and representative from other countries and agencies attended the meeting.
