The trail of the third top man in the Justice and Equality Movement Abdel Aziz Aushr started in Khartoum.
The defense lawyers for those accused of being behind the Omdruman incidents meanwhile said that the trail is unconstitutional.
Speaking to Miraya FM, head of the defense board of the accusers, Sati Al-Haj, said that they are appealing to the Constitutional Court to try the accusers with the criminal law of 1991 but not the terrorist act.
The Suspects are facing charges under the Law of Terrorism for the year 2001, and the penalties might be as sever as execution and life sentence in prison.
