The Chadian Army has assured its decisive victory over the rebels in the Um Zoer town in eastern Chad. The office manger of the Chadian Minister of Information Adom Moda told Miraya FM that the government regained control of all the areas in eastern Chad.  Mr. Moda also renewed accusations against Sudan of backing the Chadian rebels. Earlier, the Sudanese Armed Forces denied involvement in any offensive actions against Chad.
