Preliminary matches Continued to qualify for the World Cup and African Nations for the second day. Burkina Faso won with two goals to one against Tunisia.
Egypt also won the same result at home over Congo. In Abuja, Nigeria beat South Africa by two goals to nil, while Ghana beat Libya with three to nil.
In Sudan group Maley won over the Congo Brazzaville four goals to two. Sudan is expected to meet Congo next week.
