President AL-Bashir has assured Sudan's commitment to the agreements signed with Chad on good neighboring relations and cessation of hostilities.  

While addressing the opening session of the 4th Tokyo International Conference on African Development, Al Bashir demanded taking international action against Chadian aggression on Sudan 
 
He accused Chad of supporting rebel movements in Darfur. The Japanese Prime Minister Fukuda announced in the conference granting of 4 billion US dollars of aid to Africa to foster the infrastructure. 
 
The conference will discuss increasing economic growth, ensuring human security, climate change in addition to the expansion of the Asian-African partnership.
