Fourth Tokyo International Conference on African Development kicks off today |

The three day 4th Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD) begins today in Yokohama city, Japan.
President Al-Bashir is leading Sudan’s delegation to the conference.
He is expected to address the second session of the conference on cementing peace and good governance.
The summit will discuss four issues on the agenda including the increase of the economic growth, ensuring human security, environment, and climate change, in addition to expanding partnership between Japan and Africa.
