SPLA opens HIV/AIDS clinic in Juba |

The Sudan People’s Liberation Army-SPLA has officially opened a Voluntary Counseling and Testing Clinic for (HIV/AIDS) at its interim headquarters in Juba.
Speaking during the opening of the clinic, the SPLA Deputy Chief of Staff for Administration, Maj. Gen. Salva Mathok urged the SPLA soldiers and the civil population to use the clinic to identify their HIV/AIDS status.
The Clinic was built by the Intra-Health Non-Governmental Organization with support from the American Government.
