More than 1000 people were forced to flee Warrab State to the Western Bahr el-Ghazal State due to tribal conflicts between Aguok and Apuk tribes in eastern and western Gorgial area in Warrap State two weeks ago.

The clashes resulted in the loss of lives and properties, in addition to the displacement of the citizens to Achong Chong locality in neighboring Western Bahr el-Ghazal State.

Miraya FM’s reporter there said most of the displaced are women and children who are now suffering acute shortage in food items, shelter and clothes.
