IGAD Inter-Parliamentary Union’s meeting starts today in Khartoum |

The works of the Executive Council of the IGAD Inter-Parliamentary Union’s meeting start today in Khartoum.
Chairman of the Union and Chairman of the Sudanese National Assembly, Ahmed Ibarhim Al-Tahir, said the meeting will discuss the general budget in addition to all the consequent issues to the formation of the union.
Mr. Al-Tahir added that the meeting will discuss a number of issues concerning the Inter-Governmental Authority on Development (IGAD). Participant countries in the meetings are, Uganda, Kenya, Somalia, Djibouti, Eritrea, Sudan and Ethiopia.
