SPLM Interim National Council continues its meeting |

The SPLM Interim National Council is continuing for the second day its meeting in Juba.
Speaking to Miraya FM, the Second Deputy Chairman of the SPLM and Speaker of South Sudan Legislative Assembly, James Wani Igga, said that the Interim Council will specify the date for convening its Second National Convention.
The SPLM Second National Convention which was scheduled to start last Sunday was postponed after the Justice and Equality Movement rebel attack on Khartoum.
About 1,500 delegates from the south and north will participate in the Convention.
The First Vice President of the Republic and the Chairman of the SPLM, Salva Kiir Mayardit, is expected to address the opening session of the Convention.
