icc3.gifThe Sudanese government has  reiterated its position not to cooperate with the International Criminal Court (ICC). The Sudanese Ambassador to the African Union, Nejib Al-Khair Abdel Rahman, strongly criticized the ICC considering it to be an obstacle in realizing peace in Darfur, and in Northern Uganda. Speaking to Miraya FM the Spokesperson of the Sudanese Foreign Ministry, Ali Al-Sadiq, said that Sudan does not recognize the ICC, and it is not bounded by its decision.
