Ki-Moon seeks cooperation between NCP and SPLM |

The UN secretary general Ban-Ki-Moon called for maintaining partnership between the NCP and the SPLM to achieve peace in the Sudan.
In a report to the Security Council yesterday the UN chief expressed his worry on the situation of no progress in the conflict in Darfur warning that delaying to find a solution to the conflict could lead to the worsening of the conflict.
The statement in which Miraya FM received a copy the UN chief said the Darfur conflict deflected attention on the implementation of the CPA adding that there is need to focus on the implementation of the CAP to letters.
On the other part, As the World commemorates the first ever World Malaria Day today the Secretary-General of the United Nations Ban Ki-Moon says that each year about one billion people catch malaria and more than a million of them die of the illness.
