Governor of Lakes State encourages people to participate in Census |

The Governor of Lakes state, Daniel Awet Akot along with government officials visited Pacong, Bar-pakeng and Akot in east Rumbek to motivate the communities to participate in the Census.
Meanwhile, the Commissioner of Rumbek East County, Cirillo Majok Mading, informed the Governor about insecurity in the state due to the huge amounts of illegal weapons owned by civilians.
On his part, Governor Daniel Awet Akot assured the public of providing security especially during the period of the Census.
