A campaign to demolish shops from different places has began in Malakal town. The campaign began last Saturday and continued to today following a ruling by the Commissioner of the Malakal country Dr. Seid Awad.

In a related development the governor of the Upper Nile State Galwak Deng held a press conference yesterday explaining that the resolution of shops' demolition aims to re-organize the town
