President Kiir urges his citizens to participate in Census |

 The President of the Government of Southern Sudan Salva Kiir Mayardit has urged all the citizens to participate in the Census exercise.
In a statement given to the press on Monday in his office in Juba, President Kiir called upon the people to avail themselves to the Census officials.
He stressed the importance of the Census for proper planning of public services and infrastructure, and for the next year’s elections and referendum in 2011.
President of the GoSS assured the people that his government is providing logistics and security to facilitate the population census.
