Ashraf Qazi argues CPA with Salva Kiir |

 The Special Representative of the UN Secretary General to Sudan, Ashraf Qazi, discussed with the President of the Government of Southern Sudan, Salva Kiir Mayardit, the progress of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement including the Census exercise.
Mr. Qazi urged the two partners in the peace deal to put an end to the census crisis. Qazi said that if the Census crisis continues, it will have a negative impact on the implementation of the Comprehensive
Peace Agreement. The Political Secretary of the Southern Sudan Democratic Forum, Dr. Mario Ring Owij, told Miraya FM that the decision embarrasses the First Vice President and President of the Government of Southern Sudan Lt. Gen Salva Kiir Mayardit.
