SLM-Minnawi warns against conducting census in the area due to insecurity |

The Sudan Liberation Movement SLM-Minnawi Faction warned against ignoring its demand not to conduct the Census on the 22nd of this month due to the current troubled situation in the towns of Northern Darfur.
Speaking to the press in Al-Fashir, the head of the SLM in North Darfur State, Ismail Hussein, called on the international community to judge whether the Census could be carried out in Darfur in the decided date or not.
Mr. Hussein also stressed on considering the results of the Census conducted in 1993.
