A member in the National Interim Assembly, Ali Hussein Dusa, reiterated his decision calling for investigating into the differences in the examination papers of the Sudan School Certificate between the Darfurian States and other Sudan States.
Speaking to Miraya FM, Mr. Dusa rejected the justifications made the Ministry of Public Education in which it said that the step was made in order to prevent any economic, security, or technical damages.
Mr. Dusa has earlier submitted a complaint to the National Interim Assembly regarding this issue.
He said that the Minister of the Public Education will brief the Assembly on Wednesday on this matter.
The Ministry of Public Education has earlier issued a statement confirming its responsibility behind letting students in Northern Darfur State sit on a different examination paper of the Sudan School Certificate from the other States.
The Ministry justified in its statement that the step was made in order to prevent any economic, security, or technical damages.
The Ministry said that it is a technical issue and that it has a Constitutional Authority to make different examination papers.
