Kony delays signing of peace deal |

The leader of the Lords Resistance Army (LRA), Joseph Kony, delayed the signing of a peace deal supposed to be signed today.
The Vice President of the government of southern Sudan, Dr. Riek Marchar, told reporters in Ri-Kwangba that Joseph Kony delayed the signing because he needs further consultations.
Miraya FM reporter in Ri-Kwangba, David Lomeling, said that Joseph Kony wants the international community to guarantee his protection after signing the deal.
