President Omer Al-Bashir received the electoral law of the forthcoming elections
The elections will take place by next year as stipulated in the Comprehensive Peace Agreement. The electoral law has been handed to President Al-Bashir by the joint heads of the National Constitutional Review Commission, Dr, Abdallah Iriss and Abel Aleir. The Sudan News Agency (SUNA) reported that the joint heads of the National Constitutional Review Commission expressed the role of the Commission in drafting the electoral bill.
