The First Vice President and the President of the government of southern Sudan Salva Kiir Mayardit warned that the North-South border dispute continues to be a threat to the Comprehensive Peace Agreement.
He attributed that to continuing hostilities between the Misseriya tribes and the Sudan Peoples Liberations Army (SPLA). Mr. Kiir was speaking at the Governor’s Forum in Juba on Monday.
