Children's polio vaccination to start in Upper Nile State |

Several thousand children in Upper Nile State are expected to be vaccinated against polio.
Dr. Yasin Nur of the World Health Organization (WHO) in Malakal said that this is the first national immunization campaign in the State this year.
Dr. Nur told Miraya FM that the campaign is organized in collaboration with the Upper Nile Ministry of Health, WHO, UNICEF and other UN agencies.
He said that a strategy has been formulated in order for all children below five years of age to be vaccinated.
