The Ministry of Gender and Social Affairs in the GOSS signed a 4-year understanding memorandum with its Ethiopian counterpart.  The memorandum aims to improve the life in southern Sudan. The minster of social affairs in the GOSS, Mary Kiden, said that the memorandum gives some GOSS employees the chance to join training courses in Ethiopia particularly on women related issues.
