Tuesday, 29 January 2008
The Beja Congress in eastern Sudan has reiterated its demand that the government publishes the results of the investigations on the Port Sudan incidents of 2005, which left 21 casualties in a clash with the police.

Speaking on Tuesday at an event to mark the third anniversary to commemorate the incident in Port Sudan, the Secretary-General of the Beja Congress, Abdullah Musa, said that his party will keep up the pressure on the government until those responsible for this incident are brought to justice.
