10 million US dollars for maintenance of water systems in Malakal town |

The Government of Southern Sudan (GOSS) has availe an amout of US$ 10 million to the Water Corporation of the Upper Nile State for the maintenance of water system in Malakal town.
That comes as part of the government's integrated program to improve services and restore utilities that were damage during the war.
The Director of the Department of Water in the GOSS,Engineer Chamjok Cham, said that the money will also be use for buying spare parts to repair the old water machines in the town of Malakal.
He said that they intend to install a network system for the provision of water in several parts of Malakal.
