The Umma Party denied reaching any power-sharing deals with the National Congress Party.
Retired General Fadlallah Burma Nasir, an Umma Party leader, said to Miraya FM that talks with the government have never included power-sharing.
Some recent media reports said that the Umma Party will get some ministerial posts in the Government of National Unity.
For its part, the Sudanese Communist Party, officially informed the NCP of its decision to suspend talks between the two sides, on the background of the clashes in Al-Jazeera University which resulted in the death of one student affiliated to the Communist Party.
Alshafiea Khider, an outstanding communist leader, told Miraya FM that the party holds the NCP responsible for the killing of the student, and it is hard to talk about national accord amid violence.
