An official at the Ministry of Education in the Government of Southern Sudan said that the southern Sudanese students in Egypt have begun studies in the Egyptian classes.
That comes as part of the Egyptian scholarships for the southern Sudanese students.
However, the Egyptian education authorities denied some students classes for not paying their fees.
The Official said the Ministry told the students that the scholarships are for free and that's why the students did not take any money with them.
