Fire brigade in Wau urged to organize an awareness campaign to minimize fire risks |

The Acting Governor of Western Bahr el Ghazal State, Mr. Paulino Adam Naro, said that the Fire Brigade Department should organize an awareness campaign for the public aimed at minimizing risks of fire.
Mr. Naro was speaking at the graduation ceremony of the first batch of the Civil Defense Police Force of Western Bahr Al-Ghazal State. The Acting Minister for Local Government, Marko Ujomo, meanwhile, urged the Fire Brigade Administration to set up posts in other Counties in the State. 37 of the 51 graduates are males while the remaining 14 are females.
